CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Bauba (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Kholeka Mzondeki has resigned as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect due to personal reasons.

The Board thanks Kholeka for her invaluable contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
