COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP CHANGES

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Murray &
Roberts advises its shareholders of the following changes to Directors’ functions:

Suresh Kana has been appointed to the Remuneration and Human Resources committee
and Michael McMahon has stepped down from this committee with immediate effect.

Michael McMahon has also stepped down from the Health, Safety & Environment
Committee but continues to serve as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and as
a member of the Nomination and Audit & Sustainability Committees.
