Limited and the London Stock Exchange of matters required
to be disclosed under the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited and/or the Disclosure and Transparency and Listing
Rules of the United Kingdom Listing Authority.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGES

The Mondi Group is pleased to announce the appointment of
Dominique Reiniche as an independent non-executive director
with effect from 1 October 2015. She will replace Imogen
Mkhize, an independent non-executive director, who will be
retiring from the boards of Mondi Limited and Mondi plc on
30 September 2015. Imogen is in her ninth year of office
having been appointed to the Boards in May 2007.

The joint    chairmen,   David   Williams   and   Fred   Phaswana,
commented:

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank Imogen for
the important role she has played since the Mondi Group
became independent in 2007. Her knowledge and experience in
the areas of governance and ethics in particular have
helped guide Mondi since its listing. She leaves with our
very best wishes for the future.

The Mondi Group Boards are delighted that Dominique will be
joining us. She has extensive business experience of
operating  in   Europe   and  has   international  consumer
marketing and innovation experience as well as strong
customer awareness. She brings important additional skills
that will benefit Mondi as we continue to grow our
packaging interests in line with our stated strategy.”

Dominique, a French national, holds an MBA from the ESSEC
Business School in Paris and started her career with
Procter & Gamble before moving to Kraft Jacobs Suchard as
director of marketing and strategy. She was then with The
Coca-Cola Company and with Coca-Cola Enterprises from 1992
to 2014 starting in sales and marketing before taking on
roles of increasing responsibility. From 2005 she was
president Europe and then chairman in 2014. The Coca-Cola
System Europe covers 38 countries, 55,000 employees and
USD16bn turnover. Dominique now has a portfolio of non-
executive directorships being a non-executive director of
AXA SA, Peugeot-Citroen SA, CHR Hansen Holdings A/S and
Paypal (Europe).

With effect from 1 October 2015, Dominique will be a member
of the DLC nominations and remuneration committees.

Also with effect from 1 October 2015, Stephen Harris, non-
executive director, will take over the chairmanship of the
Mondi Limited social & ethics committee from Imogen.
Stephen is currently a member of this committee. At the
same time Fred Phaswana, joint chairman, will become a
member of the Mondi Limited social & ethics committee.

Statutory and regulatory disclosures:

1. There are no other details that require to be disclosed
   in respect of the appointment of Dominique Reiniche
   pursuant to Rule 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.

2. Statement pursuant to section 430(2B) of the UK Companies
   Act 2006: Imogen Mkhize, upon retirement as a director of
   Mondi Limited and Mondi plc, will receive a payment of
   £18,877.50   representing    the   normal   non-executive
   director’s fees payable in full to her retirement date
   for the period from 1 July to 30 September 2015. No other
   remuneration payments or payment for loss of office have
   been or will be made in connection with her retirement.
