SABMiller Australian Bond Issue

SABMiller plc announces that on 7 August 2015 its wholly-owned subsidiary FBG Treasury
(Aust.) Pty Ltd completed a bond issue under its A$3,000,000,000 Guaranteed Medium Term
Note Programme, comprising A$700,000,000 3.75% notes due August 2020 (the “Notes”).
The Notes are guaranteed by SABMiller plc.

This announcement may not be distributed, directly or indirectly, in or into the United
