SUSPENSION OF LISTING AND UPDATE ON ANNUAL REPORTING

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 June 2015, where
shareholders were advised that due to the additional time required to review and analyse the
Group’s operating and financial information, ZCI was not be able to meet the reporting
deadline imposed by the JSE Listings Requirements, which requires submitting its provisional
financial statements within the three month period of a period end as stipulated in the JSE
Listings Requirements.

Shareholders are advised that as a result of ZCI’s failure to comply with the before mentioned
Listings Requirements, the listing of the Company’s securities has been suspended by the
JSE with effect from 3 August 2015. Shareholders are further advised that the above
mentioned revision remains in progress. It is currently expected that this review will be
completed during September 2015 which will enable the Company to finalise its annual
financial statements by 30 September 2015.

Any further developments in this regard will be announced accordingly and once the
Company has more certainty in terms of its financial results, a trading statement will be
released on SENS.
