TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES BY
INVESTEC LTD (“Investec”)

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Holdsport received the following
formal notification on 31 July 2015 that Investec have, in aggregate, disposed of a portion of
their interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company held by Investec decreased from 10.16% to 9.95% of the total issued
ordinary shares of the Company.
