Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for
the year ended 28 February 2015, was dispatched to shareholders on 31 July 2015, and contains no changes from the
information contained in the summarised audited consolidated financial results for the year ended 28 February 2015
which were announced on SENS on 13 May 2015.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting which will be held at the offices of the company,
Abcon House, Fairway Office Park, 52 Grosvenor Road, Bryanston on Thursday, 3 September 2015 at 10h00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
21 August 2015 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 28 August 2015.
