The board of directors of Accelerate is pleased to announce that the Company has been added
to the FTSE/JSE SA Listed Property Index (J253) with effect from 3 August 2015.



The FTSE/JSE SA Listed Property Index (J253) comprises the top 20 liquid companies, by full
market capitalization, in the Real Estate Investment & Services Sector and the Real Estate
Investment Trusts Sector, with a primary listing on the JSE.
