In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations,
2011,shareholders are advised that on the 29 July 2015, Lewis Group Limited
became aware of the following:


-   acquisition by Deutsche Bank AG (“Deutsche Bank”) of shares, such that
    the Deutsche Bank’s total beneficial interest in the company has
    increased to 6.09% of the issued capital of the company.
