On the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, the Board of Comair is pleased to announce the
appointment of the following directors to its Board, with effect from 1 August 2015:

(a)     Mr. Luo Cheng: Non-Executive Director;
(b)     Mr. Li Neng: Non-Executive Director;
(c)     Mr. Naran Maharajh: Independent Non-Executive Director;
(d)     Ms. Phuti Mahanyele: Independent Non-Executive Director.
