Notification in terms of section 122(3) of the Companies Act and paragraph 3.83(b) of 
the JSE Listings Requirements

Shareholders are advised that JSW Energy Natural Resources South Africa (Pty) Limited 
(“JSW SA”), the controlling shareholder of SACMH, has sold 26% of its shareholding in 
SACMH to Comogen (Pty) Limited, a historically disadvantaged South African company that 
is 100% black owned and controlled.

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008) 
("Companies Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders 
are advised that SACMH has received notification in terms of section 122(1) of the 
Companies Act that JSW SA has disposed of a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares 
of the company, such that its direct beneficial interest after the disposal of securities 
of the company amounts to 8,79% of the total number of issued securities of the company 
and its indirect beneficial interest amounts to 67,25%.
