RESIGNATION OF TRANSFER SECRETARY

The Company has been advised that Computershare Investor Service Proprietary
Limited has resigned as transfer secretary and the Company remains under
cautionary with regard to a potential acquisition and it will be looking at
appointing a new transfer secretary in due course when a further
announcement will be made.

In the meantime anyone who wishes to transact in certificated shares should
