LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPlatinum debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 24 July 2015, issued an additional 1,400,000
AfricaPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R121.55 per additional
AfricaPlatinum debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 13,937.854 fine
troy ounces of Platinum bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 18,300,000 AfricaPlatinum debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 182,524.247 fine troy ounces of Platinum bullion.
