LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPalladium debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 24 July 2015, issued an additional 300,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R77.37 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 2,984.007 fine
troy ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 78,100,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 780,008.638 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
