DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY


Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 17 June 2015 in which the company announced that, inter alia, it was
undertaking a rights offer to Ellies shareholders for a maximum of 181 818 182 new Ellies shares at an issue price of 110 cents each
(the “rights offer”) and the subsequent announcements dated 23 June 2015, 30 June 2015 and 20 July 2015 relating thereto and are
advised that, pursuant to the rights offer which closed on 17 July 2015, the following directors have followed their rights, as a result
of which they have purchased the number of shares indicated against their names below. Shareholders are further advised that per the
information disclosed below and notwithstanding the undertaking set out in the rights offer circular dated 30 June 2015, Malcolm
Goodford followed his rights only in respect of a portion of his Ellies shares.
