Further to the FTSE/JSE notice released on 16 July 2015 in relation to the BEE Scheme of Arrangement
for Adcock Ingram Holdings please note that both the Adcock BEE Asset Backed Security
(ZAE000204897) and the Adcock BEE Options (ZAE000204921) will be deleted from all FTSE/JSE indices
from start of trading on 22 July 2015 at zero price.

All other details will remain unchanged.
