Notification in terms of section 122(3) of the Companies Act and paragraph 3.83(b) 
of the JSE Listings Requirements

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008) 
and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised 
that RBA has received notification in terms of section 122(1) of the Companies Act 
that Midbrook Lane (Pty) Ltd, Protea Asset Management LLC and Conduit Capital 
Management have increased their aggregate shareholding in the company to 20.16% of 
the issued shares.

RBA confirms that it has received the required notice in terms of section 122(1)(a) 
of the Companies Act and the company has filed the required notice with the Takeover 
Regulation Panel.
