Further to the cautionary announcement issued on 25 June 2015, the board of ADvTECH can now confirm
that the unsolicited proposal referred to was received from Curro Holdings Limited.

Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
