read in conjunction with the ZAR7,500,000,000 Applicable Issuer
Supplement dated 8 July 2015, guaranteed by Remgro Limited,
Registration No. 1986/006415/06, Incorporated in the Republic of
South Africa.

The Placing Document, Applicable Pricing Supplement, Guarantee and
the Legal Opinion relating to the Guarantee and Loan Agreement will
be made publicly available on the Issuers website:
