WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT DATED 2 JULY 2015 AND ISSUANCE OF NEW CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") are advised that the Cautionary Announcement
issued on 2 July 2015 is hereby withdrawn (the "Withdrawn Announcement").

Shareholders, and the public at large, are hereby further advised that the Withdrawn Announcement
was not authorised by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board").

The Company has received a notice of intention to make an offer to acquire all the issued ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company (the "Notice") by Wine Investments Limited (the "Potential
Offeror").

The Board is considering the Notice, but it advises Shareholders that, (i) no formal offer has been
made by the Potential Offeror; and (ii) significantly, it is not currently in discussions with the
Potential Offeror, as previously announced.

Shareholders are nevertheless advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities
and should consult their professional advisers before dealing in their securities, until such time as
the Board issues a further announcement.
