FULFILMENT OF THE OUTSTANDING CONDITIONS PRECEDENT REGARDING THE
ACQUISITION BY TRANSPACO OF EAST RAND PLASTICS
Transpaco shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 31 March 2015
advising that Transpaco has entered into an agreement to acquire the East Rand Plastics
division of Astrapak Manufacturing Proprietary Limited ("East Rand Plastics"), a wholly
owned subsidiary of Astrapak Limited ("Acquisition"), subject to fulfilment of certain
conditions precedent, including receipt of approval from the Competition Authorities.
The Company’s board of directors is pleased to announce that the final outstanding
condition precedent, namely the approval from the Competition Commission has been
obtained, which accordingly renders the Acquisition unconditional. The closing date of the
transaction will be Friday 31 July 2015.
