RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR Mr Neill Davies, a director of Super Group since November 2009, will be retiring from the board of directors of Super Group (“the Board”) on 30 June 2015. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR Super Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Mariam Cassim to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 01 July 2015. Ms Cassim until recently held a number of Senior positions in Thebe Investment Corporation. She currently holds the position of Executive Head: Commercial at Telesure Investment Holdings. She is a Non-Executive Director of Eskom Holdings SOC Limited (Eskom) and also serves on the Audit and Risk as well as the Social and Ethics committees at Eskom. She has previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Efficient Financial Holdings and Altech Netstar where she also served on the Audit and Remuneration Committees. A recipient of various academic awards (both local and international), Ms Cassim is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and was singled out by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as a finalist in the 35- under-35 most outstanding young chartered accountants in South Africa. She has an MBA (Cum Laude) from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business (GSB). The Board congratulates her on her appointment and wishes her every success.
