Results of meeting of secured Noteholders

Holders of the secured bonds issued by Emira, under stock code EPF001,
are advised that at a meeting of secured Noteholders, held on 19 June
2015, an Extraordinary Resolution was passed by 75.28% of the secured
Noteholders consenting to the release and cancellation of the mortgage
bonds registered over the Properties to be Released.

As a result, the Security SPV has provided Emira with its written
consent to the release and cancellation of the mortgage bonds registered
over the Properties to be Released.
