RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS
on 11 December 2014, 28 January 2015, 27 March 2015 and 14 May 2015, as
well as the transaction announcement released on 15 February 2015 and are
advised that the discussions for the potential disposal of certain other
non-core assets including Basil Read Energy and Basil Read Matomo as set
out below, are still ongoing and if successfully concluded may have a
material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.

Basil Read Energy (previously part of the TWP group)
Non-binding indicative offers were received in November 2014. A preferred
bidder has been selected and the transaction is now subject to regulatory
approval.

Basil Read Matomo (previously part of the TWP group)
The orderly shutdown of Matomo has now been completed. Key individuals have
been retained to provide ongoing support to completed projects.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company’s securities until full announcements are made.
