DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - AMENDMENT

Following the previous announcement detailing a possible quarterly distribution by RMB Top 40
Exchange Traded Fund to holders of RMB Top 40 Securities, the manager and trustees (namely RMB
CIS MANCO (RF) (Proprietary) Limited and Standard Chartered Bank) have resolved to make a quarterly
distribution to holders of RMB Top 40 securities for the quarter ended 30 June 2015. The distribution will
amount to 46.50 cents (R0.4650) per RMB Top 40 security and is constituted as follows:

Local dividend per security:

    - Gross local dividend of 45.54102 cents (R0.4554102) per security to holders who are exempt
        from Dividends Tax
    - Net local dividend of 38.70987 cents (R0.3870987) per security to holders who are not exempt
        from Dividends Tax

Foreign dividend per security:

    - Gross foreign dividend of 1.19873 cents (R0.0119873) per security was declared before foreign
        Dividends Tax was applied.
    - Net foreign dividend of 0.95898 cents (R0.0095898) per security was received and will be paid to
unit holders. United Kingdom Dividends Tax was withheld on the gross foreign dividend. No
South African Dividends Tax will be withheld — for holders who are exempt from South African
Dividends Tax, as a result of the Dividends Tax exemption; and for holders who are not exempt
from South African Dividends Tax, as a result of section 64N of the Income Tax Act, No. 58 of
1962 in terms of which a rebate is available against South African Dividends Tax.

Payment will be effected on 30 June 2015 to all holders of RMB Top 40 securities recorded in the register
on 26 June 2015.

Additional information:

The dividend distribution as outlined above is subject to the Dividends Tax that was introduced with effect
from 1 April 2012. The dividend, as defined in the Income Tax Act of 1962, is payable from dividends
accumulated in the fund. The South African Dividend Tax rate of 15% has been applied to local
dividends. A United Kingdom Dividends Tax rate of 20% was applied and withheld at source on the
foreign dividends. Holders that are exempt from dividends tax or holders qualifying for a reduced rate per
Double Tax Agreement (“DTA”) will receive the appropriate dividend from their intermediary provided they
have completed and lodged the relevant exemption or reduced rate prescribed application form timeously
with their service provider. The responsibility to make such submissions is that of the security holder and
failure to do so may result in dividends tax being deducted in full.
There are 18,334,067 RMB Top 40 securities in issue. The total dividend amount payable is
R8,525,341.16.

RMB Top 40 Exchange Traded Fund Income Tax number is 2144/830/14/4.
