Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement released by the
company on SENS on 8 May 2015 and are advised that the company remains at an
advanced stage of negotiations regarding the potential disposal of Altech Autopage’s GSM
subscriber bases.


Should these negotiations be successfully concluded, this may have a material effect on the
company’s securities and consequently shareholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the company’s securities until a further announcement is made
regarding the salient terms of this transaction.
