CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr N Stromnes has resigned as Chief Financial Officer
of Masonite with effect from 24 June 2015.

The board of Masonite will commence the process of identifying and appointing a
new Chief Financial Officer immediately and until such appointment has been
finalised, Hilton Loring, Chief Executive Officer will ensure that the responsibilities of
the Chief Financial Officer are complied with.
