TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the
financial results for the previous corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that SACMH is currently in the process of finalising its provisional
results for the financial year ended 31 December 2014. It is anticipated, with a reasonable degree
of certainty, that SACMH will reflect a basic loss per share of between 6.5 cents and 7.5 cents (31
December 2013: basic loss 35.32 cents per share) or a reduction in the loss of between 78% to
82%. It is expected that headline loss per share will be between 1 cent and 2 cents per share (31
December 2013: headline loss per share of 17.14 cents per share) or a reduction in the loss of
between 88% to 94% for the financial year ended 31 December 2014.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed by the
company`s auditors. The company`s provisional results for the financial year end 31 December
2014 are expected to be released on SENS by the end of June 2015.
