Delta shareholders holding 102 877 519 Delta shares, representing 19.02% of Delta’s issued shares, elected to receive the share re-investment alternative. As a result, 5 222 759 additional Delta shares will be issued to shareholders electing to receive the share re-investment alternative and an amount of R193 038 251.96 has been paid to shareholders electing to receive the cash dividend. Cheques have been posted to certificated shareholders and accounts have been credited by CSDPs or brokers to dematerialised shareholders in respect of the cash dividend on Monday, 15 June 2015.
