Publication of African Bank Investments Limited Results

Shareholders are referred to the African Bank Limited (in curatorship) ("ABL") Curatorship Update
published on the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 11 June 2015 containing the results of
ABL for the year ended 30 September 2014.

ABIL is currently in the process of compiling its results. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of ABIL
has engaged an independent accounting expert to give an opinion on certain aspects of ABL’s results
as published on 11 June 2015, which are to be consolidated into the results of ABIL.

The results of ABIL will be released on SENS in due course.
