Trading statement

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited’s Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that the Group’s financial results for the interim period ended
31 March 2015 are expected to be more than 20% higher than the actual and pro
forma corresponding period.

The table below details the anticipated increase from the comparative periods:
