CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, Crookes wishes to announce the following change to the Board of Directors:

Xola Sithole, an independent non-executive director of Crookes, resigned from the board on 6
June 2015.

The directors and management of Crookes would like to take the opportunity to thank Xola for
the valuable contribution he made to the Crookes group during his period on the Board and
wish him well for the future in his new executive role.
