RETIREMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advisd that, after seven years as Chief Executive

his retirement, with effect from 1 June 2015.

The board and executive wish to express their gratitude to Walter
for his longstanding service and commitment to the Company.

leadership and thus the board has appointed the current Chief

At its next meeting in August 2015, the Board will confirm an
appointment to fill the position permanently.

“Jannie and a strong Executive team continue to lead the
turnaround coming off the back of a positive set of interim
results. The board is confident about the future prospects of the
diversified Group and supports current management to keep this
momentum”.
