1.    POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF SCHEME MEETING

      Further to the announcement dated Thursday, 30 April 2015, regarding the implementation
      agreement entered into with Traxys, under which Traxys has made a cash offer to acquire all
      the issued shares of Metmar by way of a scheme of arrangement in terms of section 114 of the
      Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, ("Companies Act") (the "Scheme"), Metmar
      shareholders are advised that the circular in respect of the Scheme, incorporating a notice of
      the meeting (“Scheme Meeting”) at which the special resolution approving the Scheme will be
      proposed (the “Circular”) was posted to Metmar shareholders today, 1 June 2015 and is
      available on Metmar’s website: www.metmar.co.za.

      Metmar shareholders are referred to the Circular for the important dates and times relating to
      the Scheme. The Scheme Meeting will be held at 25 Culross Road, Bryanston, Sandton on
      Thursday, 2 July 2015 commencing at 12:00. The record date in terms of the Companies Act
      for Metmar shareholders to be recorded on the securities register of Metmar in order to be able
      to attend, participate and vote at the Scheme Meeting is Friday, 26 June 2015. These dates
      and times are subject to amendment, and any such amendment will be released on SENS.

      Traxys (to the extent that the information relates to Traxys) accepts responsibility for the
