ABIL is therefore not in a position to release the group consolidated audited results for the financial year ended 30 September 2014 in May 2015, as previously advised. 3. The Company is intending to publish both its group consolidated annual audited results for the financial year ended 30 September 2014 and its interim group consolidated financial results for the six months ended 31 March 2015 simultaneously. 4. The directors regret the delay and continue to do everything possible to finalise and release the financial results.
