NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 28 February 2015 has been
dispatched today, 28 May 2015, and contains no modifications to the preliminary audited
summarised consolidated results for the financial year ended 28 February 2015 released on
SENS on 20 April 2015.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Datacentrix will be held
at 10:00 on Friday, 3 July 2015 at the registered office of the Company, Corporate Park North,
238 Roan Crescent, Old Pretoria Road, Midrand, 1685, to conduct the business stated in the
notice of annual general meeting, which is contained in the annual report.
The board of directors of Datacentrix has determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read
with section 59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), the record date for the purposes of
determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 26 June 2015. Accordingly, the last day to trade in Datacentrix
shares in order to be recorded in the Register to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting
will be Friday, 19 June 2015.
The annual report for the year ended 28 February 2015 is available on the Company’s website at
www.datacentrix.co.za.
