TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company
is required to publish a trading statement as soon as a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the
financial period to be reported on next will vary by 20% or more
from those of the previous corresponding period.

Shareholders are hereby advised that:

  -   the basic loss per share for the financial year ended 28
      February 2015 will be between 8.16 cents and 8.24 cents, or
      between 1 854% and 1 874% lower than the 0.44 cents basis
      earnings per share reported for the year ended 28 February
      2014; and

  -   the headline loss per share for the financial year ended 28
      February 2015 will be between 8.16 cents and 8.24 cents, or
      between 2 040% and 2 060% lower than the 0.4 cents headline
      earnings per share reported for the year ended 28 February
      2014.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based
has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company’s auditors.

The Company’s year end results for the twelve months ended 28
February 2015 are expected to be published on SENS on or about 29
May 2015.
