Announcement regarding the acquisition of properties
Shareholders are advised that Delta International has successfully acquired the Vodacom Building in Maputo, Mozambique on
the 22nd of May 2015. This transaction represents one of the largest property transactions by value in Mozambique with a
value of US$49 million. The single tenanted property provides 10,660 sqm GLA and 336 parking bays with 5.6 years remaining on
the existing 10 year lease.
In addition, Delta International has acquired the 4,945 sqm Hollard Building with a value of US$14 million with effect from 28
April 2015 and which is also situated in Maputo, Mozambique.
Delta International now controls 23,410 sqm of fully tenanted A grade office space in Maputo with leases expiring between
February 2018 and May 2028.
