DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDINGS OF COMAIR ORDINARY SHARES AND DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY
DIRECTORS

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008,
shareholders are advised that the Company has received formal notification from: a) The Thelo Aviation
Consortium ("Consortium") that it has disposed of its beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company, such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by the Consortium now amounts
to 0% of the total issued share capital of the Company, and b) HNA Group (International) (Netherlands) One
BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of HNA International ("HNA") has acquired a beneficial interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by HNA
amounts to 6.2% of the total issue share capital of the Company.

As Ronnie Ntuli and Khutso Mampeule are directors of Comair and shareholders of The Consortium, the
following details are provided in respect of dealings in securities by directors:
