LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPalladium debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 22 May 2015, issued an additional 300,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R92.58 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 2,986.067 fine
troy ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 75,700,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 756,132.692 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
