Trading Update STRATCORP LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2000/031842/06) (JSE code: STA ISIN: ZAE000034294) (“Stratcorp” or “the company”) Trading Update In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by more than 20% from the previous corresponding period. Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the year ended 28 February 2015 by management has indicated that headline loss per share (“HEPS”) is expected to be more than 1 cent per share which is a reduction of at least 135% when compared to the previous reporting period (2014: HEPS was 2.81 cents per share). The loss per share (“EPS”) is expected to be more than 1 cent per share which is a reduction in earnings of at least 143% when compared to the previous reporting period (2014: EPS was 2.35 cents per share). A further trading statement will be published once the company has more certainty with regards to its financial results for the year ended 28 February 2015. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by Stratcorp`s auditors.
