DEALING IN SECURITIES PURSUANT TO THE DINOKANA RESTRUCTURE

As a result of the original black economic empowerment transaction entered into by Sun
International during 2005 (“Original BEE Transaction”), certain qualifying Sun International
directors and officers (“Participants”) participated in the Original BEE Transaction and
consequently held an indirect beneficial shareholding in Sun International through Dinokana
Investments (Pty) Limited.

Subsequently and as a result of the restructure of the Original BEE Transaction as announced on
SENS on 16 February 2015 and as detailed in the circular issued to Sun International shareholders
on 3 March 2015 (“Circular”), the Participants selected a combination of the exit options as
detailed in the Circular. The effect of exercising the exit options has resulted in the Participants
using certain proceeds from the restructure to acquire Sun International shares which in effect
changes their previous indirect beneficial shareholding in Sun International shares to a direct
beneficial shareholding in Sun International shares.

As a result of the above mentioned changes and in compliance with the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following information relating to the purchase of Sun International shares is
disclosed:
