RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


The Company announces that its annual general meeting was held at 10:00 am British Summer Time, on Monday, 18 May 2015, 
at the Company's registered office at 2nd Floor, Anglo International House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.

All resolutions proposed were passed by the requisite majorities of NEPI shareholders.

In accordance with Article 113 paragraph (1) let. A, of the Romanian National Securities Commission Regulation no.
1/2006 and paragraph 3.91 of the JSE Listings Requirements the resolutions and the results of voting at the annual
general meeting is set out below:

-     total number of NEPI shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 282 423 985
-     total number of NEPI shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 166 439 896
      being 59% of the total number of NEPI shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting


ORDINARY BUSINESS


1       To receive and adopt the reports of the Directors and Auditor of the Company and the financial statements for
        the year ended 31 December 2014.

2.1     To re-elect Desmond de Beer as a Director of the Company who retired by rotation at the Company’s Annual
