APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Appointment of independent non-executive director
The directors of Bonatla are pleased to announce the appointment of
Ms Nthabeleng Likotsi as an independent non-executive director to the board of the
company with effect from 14 May 2015. Nthabeleng will also serve as a member of
the audit committee.

Nthabeleng holds a National Diploma in Accounting from the Technikon of Pretoria,
a Bridging Certificate in the Theory of Accounting from the University of
Johannesburg and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Wits Business School.

Nthabeleng is also the Chief Executive Officer of Young Women in Business Network,
a broad based women’s empowerment company, owned, controlled and
managed by women for women from various professions, businesses, industries,
which is dedicated to the economic empowerment of young women. She also
serves as non executive director on the Boards of various unlisted companies.

The directors of Bonatla welcome Nthabeleng to the Board.
