The Shares were disposed of as follows- - Wikalox Investments Proprietary Limited (an associate of Adv JD Wiese): 10 034 375 shares; - Metcap 14 Proprietary Limited (an associate of Ms Clare Wiese, an independent non-executive director of the Company): 14 million shares, as announced on SENS on 8 May 2015; and - Cream Magenta 140 Proprietary Limited (an associate of Ms Christina Wiese, an independent non-executive director of the Company): 14 million shares, as announced on SENS on 8 May 2015.
