CHANGES IN DIRECTORS

In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing requirements of the
JSE Limited, Cadiz Holdings Limited hereby is pleased to advise
shareholders that Lulamile Lincoln Xate has been appointed to the
board with effect from 12 May 2015.

Lulamile has a wide range of business experience. Having completed
articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1995, he, together with his
partners has developed a number of successful businesses in the
fishing, gas and forestry industries and is a director and
chairman of a number of unlisted companies. Lulamile holds a
BCompt degree (UNISA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Energy Studies
(Murdoch University).

Raymond Francis Galwey Cadiz, the founder, former CEO and Chairman
of Cadiz has resigned from the board. The board would like to
thank him for his contribution to Cadiz over the years and wishes
him well with his future endeavours.
