RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the 47th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders of Bell
held on 4 May 2015, the following resolutions, as set out in the
notice of annual general meeting which was incorporated in the
Integrated Annual Report distributed to shareholders on 31 March
2015, were duly approved by the requisite majority of votes. In this
regard, Bell confirms the voting statistics from the AGM as follows:
