Erin Energy Announces Release Date and Conference Call Information for First Quarter
Financial and Operational Results

HOUSTON, May 1, 2015 - Erin Energy Corporation (“Erin Energy” or the “Company”) (NYSE
MKT: ERN) (JSE: ERN) has scheduled release of its 2015 first quarter financial results for
Friday May 8, 2015. The Company has scheduled a conference call for May 8, 2015 at 10:00
a.m. CT (11:00 a.m. ET) to discuss the results and update its current operations.
