RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, 30 April 2015
(in terms of the notice dispatched on 30 March 2015) all of the resolutions tabled thereat (including ordinary
resolution number 5 which was modified as detailed in the announcement released on SENS on
23 April 2015), were passed by the required majority of Capital shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

-   total number of Capital shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting: 1 772 624 329
-   total number of Capital shares that were represented at the annual general meeting: 1 122 858 769 being
    63.34%% of the total number of Capital shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
