NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the annual financial
statements for the year ended 28 February 2015 were
posted to shareholders on 30 April 2015 and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published
on 21 April 2015.

Reminder of Notice of the Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of
the Company will be held at 1 Wilton Crescent, Umhlanga
Ridge on Thursday, 28 May 2015, at 15h00, to transact
business as stated in the Notice of the Annual General
Meeting, issued together with the annual report.

The record date in terms of section 59(1)(b) of the Act
for shareholders to participate in and vote at the annual
general meeting is Friday, 22 May 2015. Accordingly, the
last date to trade in the Company's shares on the JSE
Limited in order to be eligible to participate in and
vote at this annual general meeting is Friday, 15 May
2015.
